B. Clients and business contacts

  • name, business contact details, job title and organisation;

  • communications with us, including emails, meeting notes and enquiries; and

  • billing-related information, where applicable.

C. Job seekers and candidates

  • name, contact details, employment history, education history, résumé or CV, and references where provided;

  • salary expectations, work eligibility, notice period and role preferences; and

  • interview notes and assessment information relevant to recruitment matching.

We may collect personal data when you:

  • engage us for recruitment or consulting services;

  • are referred to us by a client, candidate or business contact; and/or

7. NRIC, FIN and other national identification numbers

We handle NRIC, FIN and other national identification numbers with care and in line with applicable PDPC guidance.

We do not use NRIC numbers for authentication purposes, such as passwords or verification codes.

We may collect NRIC, FIN or similar identifiers only where required or permitted under applicable requirements, or where necessary for legal or regulatory compliance.

Where feasible, we will use alternative identifiers instead of NRIC or FIN.

8. Data security

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks.

9. Retention of personal data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required for legal, regulatory or business purposes. When personal data is no longer needed, we will dispose of it securely.

10. Transfers outside Singapore

Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we will take appropriate steps to ensure that the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA, unless an exception applies.
