HR ideation is led by Elangovan Raju (Elan Raju), who brings over 24 years of Human Capital experience, including 17 years in regional HR leadership roles at Fortune 200 companies such as AIG and JLL.
His experience spans HR operations, organisational development, change management, learning and development, and HR business partnering. This includes regional HR leadership experience across large and complex environments, combined with hands-on delivery and practical execution.
HR ideation was built to bring together senior HR thinking and practical execution in a way that helps organisations make progress without unnecessary complexity.
